* Support for the Husqvarna Viking VIP Embroidery System will end on December 31, 2007. 

• Self-Help On-line Support will continue utilizing the Frequently Asked Question Search Wizard.  This may be found at http://www.emnetsoftware.com/faq/Husqvarna Vikingsoftware.asp.
• Due to limited supply of VIP dongles and lack of availability,  VIP dongle replacement are subject to inventory availability.  Once the supply has been depleted we will no longer be able to replace these dongles.   We do have a limited supply of refurbished dongles that are available.  These will have a limited warranty of 30 days.  Please see your local Husqvarna Viking dealer for VIP dongle replacement.
• We will continue to support our current SOS memberships.  New SOS memberships for VIP systems  will be available for purchase through March 31, 2008.  After this date we will no longer sell these  VIP memberships.  As a reminder, SOS members computers must meet the VIP computer specifications.  This means that a computer with Microsoft Vista cannot be supported.
