All you have to do is look in the trendy, pricey catalogs to see all the beautifully embellished jackets.  They have beautiful fabrics, colors and luxurious embellishments and embroidery and truly make you drool over them!  Well, you too can design an embellished jacket, and do it your way!  Start with a sweatshirt.  Go through your stash for all coordinated scraps and start cutting!  We had so much fun we couldn’t resist making a runner as well!
