Generation after generation of quilters have tapped into their creativity to make beautiful quilts. In the past decades, quilting has become an exciting medium for textile artists, and that trend is becoming increasingly obvious worldwide.
Husqvarna Viking is contributing to this development by arranging quilt exhibits and contests. Giant quilting events, like the annual Houston International Quilt Festival in the USA, display some of the most beautiful works of quilt art. These events are also a great opportunity to exchange ideas and buy quilting supplies. The finalists from the Husqvarna Viking quilting contests tour the world and are admired by tens of thousands of visitors.
