This update is available to all HUSQVARNA VIKING® DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ sewing and embroidery machine owners.
HUSQVARNA VIKING® DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ update version 4541-6275 (February 2, 2012):
Improvements and additions in new update
- Support for new Mega Endless hoop, 260x150E
- Stitch length compensation to improve feeding over thick hems.
- Stitches E4:77, J1:10 and J1:11 have been adjusted to avoid thread loops catching on presser foot.
- A centered straight stitch is automatically selected when Stitch Width Safety is activated.
- Support for the old 170x100 Endless hoop added.

How to update with USB cable
If you have not yet installed the Embroidery Machine Communication, insert your Embroidery Machine Communication CD, (4D Organizer, 4D QuickFont) and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Click on the link below to download the update file. You need a file compression utility to open the file (WinZip or similar).
- Extract the .exe file to your desktop. Then double click on the .exe file from your desktop to start the Update Wizard. You may get Security Warnings. Click Run to continue.
- The DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ Update Wizard will start. Follow the instructions on screen.
- When the update is complete your DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ will automatically restart. Estimated time for the update is 8 minutes.
How to update with USB embroidery stick
- Click on the link below to dowload the update file. You need a file compression utility to open the file (WinZip or similar).
- Extract the .exe file to your desktop. Then double click on the .exe file from your desktop to start the Update Wizard. You may get Security Warnings. Click Run to continue.
- The DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ Update Wizard will start. Follow the instructions on screen and be sure to select "USB embroidery stick" as the update method.
- When the USB embroidery stick is prepared the Update Wizard will tell you to move it to your DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™start the update and follow the instructions on the Interactive Screen.
- When the update is complete your DESIGNER DIAMOND deLuxe™ will automatically restart. Estimated time for the update is 13 minutes.
