Multitypes.dll version 1.05a

This fix cures known problems with Pfaff and Janome file formats and allows importing of brother Pes ver4 files
The install routine will find and upgrade Cross Stitcher.
You may need to download the Windows Installer (Instmsia.exe) if requested.

For Cross Stitcher, ReSize Plus, 3DView & Convert and ColorSort. The install routine will find and upgrade all of these programs.
