New update for the DESIGNER TOPAZ™ embroidery machine

New updates for DESIGNER TOPAZ™ are now available. Version 2950_629 for Topaz 30 and version 263_629 for Topaz 20. An adjustments has been made to increase the software stability. Support for the new 200x200 hoop has also been added.
This update also included the great features from previous versions:
- Fabric setting is now preserved in permanent memory.
- If thread breakage is detected when stitching close to the left side of the hoop, the hoop moves to give room for the needle threader. The hoop moves back when the machine is restarted.
How to download and update:
- Insert a USB memory stick in your computer USB port.
- Click on the link below for your model (Topaz 30 or Topaz 20) and download the file.
- Use a file compression utility (WinZip or similar) to unzip the downloaded file.
- Save the file in the root of the USB memory, not in any folder. Make sure no other update file (.lof file) is present in the root of the USB stick.
- Insert the USB memory into your DESIGNER TOPAZ™ .
- Press and hold the Reverse and the Needle Up/Down keys while switching on the machine. Hold the keys until you can see the reverse light flashing.
- When the update is complete, after about 4 minutes, the machine will automatically restart.

Previous update for the DESIGNER TOPAZ™ USB embroidery stick

A correction has been made to the lower case "j" of the Clarendon 12 mm font. Please follow these steps to update your DESIGNER TOPAZ™ USB embroidery stick.
- Insert the DESIGNER TOPAZ™ USB embroidery stick in your computer USB port.
- Click on the link below and download the file.
- Use a file compression utility (WinZip or similar) to unzip the downloaded file.
- Save the file in the Font folder of the embroidery stick. The new file is named "Clarendon_12.vf3" and dated 2008-08-14. It shall replace the file with the same name dated 2008-06-11.
- You will be asked to replace the existing file. Please choose YES.
- Your font has now been updated.
