Embroidery Club 139: Scalloped Valance and Towels
This scalloped valance will bring pretty spring flowers to your kitchen or bathroom year around! The delicate flowers grow in a scalloped grassy meadow. The matching towels make a nice matched set. We used a variety of different colors but the flowers could be all the same color as well.
